Westpac Women's Education Grants

womens_grantsTo celebrate the success of last year's Westpac Women's Education Grants, we're proud to increase the number of Grants available this year. These give six girls/women each an opportunity to further their education through financial support from Westpac. There are three categories of Grants: primary school girl (2 Grants available), high school/secondary college girl (2 Grants available) and female tertiary student/adult worker wishing to return to study (2 Grants available).

Six successful Grant recipients will receive funding to contribute towards their education costs. All local girls and women are encouraged to apply.

How do I apply for the Grants?

Simply fill out the below application form and tell us which girl or woman, past or present, inspires you and why.

  • Primary school girl (your answer should be 200 words or less)
  • High school/secondary college girl (400 words or less)
  • Female tertiary student/adult worker (600 words or less)

Applications close at 5pm Friday 17 February 2012 and must be completed by filling out the official application form below. Please type or hand-write your application neatly.

When will the winners be announced?

The winners of the Westpac Women's Education Grants will be announced on International Women's Day, Thursday 8 March 2012.
